Students in Alex Boden’s class have been learning about forces and motion, including how a force can be a push or a pull. They took their learning outside to explore the playground and conduct their own investigations into the forces they see in action every day!

Students in Ryan Williams’ Human Services class welcomed two special guest speakers this week!

BGHS alumnus and wrestling coach Phil Smiley shared insight from his work with IMPD, where he serves in a unit that assists individuals experiencing homelessness. Students also heard from Andrea De Mink, founder of The PourHouse, Inc., about the organization’s work within our community.
