🔥 Prescribed Fire Notification – Beech Creek Township 🔥

The Clinton County Department of Emergency Services would like to notify residents that a prescribed (controlled) burn is scheduled for today on Peacock Road in Beech Creek Township.

This burn is planned and permitted, and crews will be on scene monitoring conditions to ensure it remains safe and controlled.

🚒 What to Expect:

* Visible smoke in the area
* Fire personnel and equipment on scene

Please do not call 9-1-1 to report this fire unless you observe conditions that appear unsafe or outside the controlled area.

This flyer should be arriving in the mail this week if you have purchased a membership in the past. If you need one feel free to print this one and use or one may be picked up at the Fire Station or the Beech Creek Borough Building. Completed forms with payment can be dropped off at the Fire Station on Saturday January 24th or Saturday January 31st from 8 AM till Noon. Completed forms can also be mailed to Beech Creek- Blanchard Ambulance PO Box 144 Beech Creek, PA 16822.

This morning Station 9 responded to a motor vehicle accident along Eagle Valley Road. In dealing with the accident, traffic was moved into one lane. The incident response went smoothly, however we’d like to take the opportunity to remind drivers to slow down and pay attention to the road rather than the incident while passing through. Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement and towing companies all operate within the incident and each one of us would like to get home safely.
