Last Thursday marked a monumental moment in Chagrin Valley Dispatch history as we officially broke ground on the future home of our unified dispatch center.
After 12 years of operating separately across four different locations, we are finally bringing all of our teams together under one roof — a milestone that represents years of collaboration, planning, and dedication to better serving our communities.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our Mayors, Police Chiefs, and Fire Chiefs for their continued support, leadership, and vision throughout this process. Most importantly, thank you to our incredible staff whose hard work, resilience, and commitment made this moment possible.
This groundbreaking is more than just the start of a new building — it’s the beginning of the next chapter for Chagrin Valley Dispatch, and we are excited for what the future holds.
