Erin does so much to make Penn State Extension and 4-H better! Great to see her recognized. She does so much for Bedford County youths.
It's time for our Pennsylvania 4-H Volunteer Spotlight! Each month, Pennsylvania 4-H highlights volunteers who are doing great work around the state.
Today, we are celebrating Erin Cromer of Bedford County, who has been a 4-H volunteer for 22 years.
Erin is the Key Leader for Wills Mountain 4-H Club; she offers any project a member has interest in, but most of the members participate in animal projects. She has also served as a horse leader in the county program and is an active leader in the Square Dancing 4-H club.
Erin has also been a member of 4-H Program Development Committee, Extension Council, Treasurer for the Horse and Pony Leaders group, Secretary/Treasurer of the District VII Horse Leaders group, coordinator of the Horse Skills Testing Leaders group, and she is the Superintendent of the Jr. Horse & Pony Department for the Bedford County Fair.
Her nominator says, "Erin is passionate about 4-H and gives 110% to support other leaders, members, and families in the program. She has great organization and leadership skills in many facets of the 4-H program, especially the horse program. We appreciate all the Erin does in support of 4-H!"
