Bedford Park District Bedford Park District maintains approximately 34 acres of parks, including 14 acres of property leased from Commonwealth Edison.

Community Park is the largest park and is home to the District's Administrative Office, Swanson Gymnasium, Lily Pad Splash Park, Ballfields, and Picnic Pavilion.

The Teen Advisory Council gives students in grades 7โ€“12 a voice in future teen programs, trips, events, and volunteer opportunities.

The first meeting is Friday, September 18, from 7:00โ€“8:00 PM in the Garden Room. Parents are encouraged to attend and learn more!
