On September 11, 2001, first responders across the country answered a call unlike any other. Firefighters, police officers, paramedics, EMTs, and countless others stepped forward in the face of unimaginable danger.

Twenty-five years later, we remember.

We remember the 2,977 people whose lives were taken on September 11, 2001 — the people in the towers, the passengers aboard the planes, and the first responders who answered a call that would change their lives — and our country — forever.

Today, we take a moment to honor the lives that were lost, the families who continue to carry their absence, and every person who answered the call that day.

We will never forget. 💙

Team Member Spotlight 🌟

Kate Moss serves as the Administrative Assistant to Jan-Care Ambulance and plays an instrumental role in supporting the education and professional development of personnel across three states.

Kate is responsible for creating and maintaining initial, continuing education, and recertification training packets for the company. She independently develops and builds educational content within our learning management system, ensuring that training materials are organized, accessible, and aligned with the educational needs of our personnel.

In addition to developing training materials, Kate provides ongoing assistance to employees as they work to maintain their required education and certifications. Her attention to detail, initiative, organizational skills, and commitment to supporting our personnel make her an invaluable part of our education program.

Kate's dedication and behind-the-scenes efforts have a direct impact on the readiness, knowledge, and continued professional development of our workforce. Her contributions are essential to maintaining a strong and effective education program across the company.
