Hello everyone! Election time is quickly approaching and we want you to mark November 4th on your calendar and make a plan to get out and vote 4 all 4 of us!

We are aware that some people don’t like the idea of us running together or that we would consolidate power, we aren’t naive about it.

We also aren’t afraid to talk about it because that is not our goal.

We want to end personal agendas that are occurring.

We want to have open communication as a board amongst ourselves, with the community and the employees of the district.

We want accountability for how your money is being spent which we believe isn’t being done judiciously.

So if you want change and you think things could be done better and more fairly vote 4 all 4!

If you trust any of these candidates in our group, Steven Neeley, Aaron Bovalino, Michael Litchfield or Pete Grundberg, then vote for the other 3. Not blindly but because you actually know us! You know the depth of our character and integrity. You know how hard we work and the high morale values we hold close to us.

We are running together not because we are identical but because we recognized in each other the attributes listed above. If you would vote for one of us, VOTE 4 ALL 4 of us! We endorse each other and if you can trust one of us to be on the board you should trust us to know who else would be a quality board member as well.

As we always say, if you want to get to know us better just reach out and we would love to have personal conversations so you can get to know us.

THANK YOU!!! We want to thank everyone who came out to vote, put up signs, advocate, sit at the polling locations, ask us questions and take time to get to know us! We want to continue to be transparent as we prepare for the fall. You know a little bit about us now but please reach out and ask us your questions, express concerns and let us show you how much we care about everyone in this district and want to work our hardest for you. PLEASE SHARE

Creating transparency and accountability are 2 strategies within our plan:
Transparency with our community and Accountability for our district administration. We aren’t implying any cuts, agreements or diagreements, but letting the public have more information so we can ask better questions and then make better decisions.

The graphic below illustrates a comparison between Beaver Area and other nearby districts. Note that some are much larger in student population with a higher number of schools.

Take a look at the comparison and share with us what questions come to mind.

When we look at this, we ask the following:

1) Why are our staff numbers (teachers are not included in “staff”) so much greater than the number of teachers we employ compared to the others?

2) Why do we have fewer teachers than many of these districts compared with the number of students?

3) Why do we have 5 principals and 1 assistant principal for 4 schools?

Is there an opportunity for improvement? If community awareness and collaboration through transparency and accountability are important to you, vote for us!

We have continually advocated for transparency and in the spirit we want to make sure voters know how all the school board candidates are registered. While this is important to know, we four candidates know and honor that these positions should make student driven decisions and be apolitical. We hope that community members will continue to reach out with concerns and questions for us and get to know us as people and candidates. WE LOVE VOTERS GETTING TO KNOW US. Enjoy this little known talent of our candidate Pete Grundberg!!! Come down tonight at 7pm to Shultz Lodge at 2 mile run park to meet Pete and our other candidates and ask them your questions. We hope these videos help you gain access to us as people and our message. We want to continue to use video and streaming to help our community tune in with the board and communicate with us. Ease of communication, participation and spreading awareness is a huge goal of ours so if that sounds like what you want form your school board VOTE FOR US!!😁

You may not know him yet but he is one of the partners in Neeley Dental, an invested member of our community and most importantly an attentive and caring husband and father. His only intention in running is his passion for making his community and district the best is can be for his children and YOURS!
