With another local notary office recently closing, we want to take a moment to reassure our customers and share a few important reminders about how our office operates.
💚 1. WE ARE HERE TO STAY!
We want our customers to know that Simmons Notary Service is open and has no intentions of closing. We are grateful for the continued support of our community and look forward to serving you for years to come!
📱 2. CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF US COME FIRST
When you visit our office, our priority is always the customer standing in front of us. We will always serve our in-person customers before returning phone calls, answering emails, or responding to messages.
☎️ All calls, emails, and messages will be returned within 24 hours.
If you need immediate assistance, you will need to come into the office in person.
💻 Many of our most frequently asked questions can also be answered by visiting the FAQ section on our website before coming in.
📄 3. PLEASE COME PREPARED
If you arrive at our office without the proper paperwork or information needed to complete your transaction, we may ask you to step aside while you gather the necessary documents.
This allows us to continue helping the customers who are fully prepared and keeps our line moving as efficiently as possible.

🚗 4. MORE THAN 2 TITLES? PLEASE DROP THEM OFF.
If you have more than two titles that need completed, they must be dropped off.
⏰ Current turnaround time is approximately 3 business days.
🌙 5. AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE
Yes! We are scheduling after-hours appointments for an additional fee.
Appointments must be scheduled directly with our office, and a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
📈 OUR BUSINESS HAS TRIPLED IN SIZE!
Over the past 6 months, our business has tripled in size. While we are incredibly thankful for that growth, it has also created some major changes in the way our office operates.
Simmons Notary Service is an individually owned and operated business, and we do our absolute best every single day to get each customer taken care of and on their way as quickly as possible.
That being said, please understand that wait times may be longer than what you have been accustomed to.
We reach maximum capacity on many days and, when that happens, we may have to stop accepting additional customers for the day.
📌 Please plan accordingly when visiting our office.
This is a major shift for us as well, and we are learning and adjusting along the way. We promise to continue doing everything we can to provide the same friendly, efficient service you’ve come to expect from us.
