Because of the potential for heavy rains and wind on Thursday night, and because of most surrounding communities changing, Patterson Township, Patterson Heights, and White Township will be changing Trick or Treat to this SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1st, from 5PM TO 7PM. It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Fire Fighter Cody Vorderbrueggen. Cody passed unexpectedly in a traffic accident Saturday night. Cody joined White Twp several years ago and found a calling in fire fighting. Cody enjoyed fishing, motorcycles, fire fighting and family among other activities. Cody will be missed at the Station and we offer our deepest condolences to Cody's family.

Car cruise today at West Mayfield Park, hosted by West Mayfield Fire Department. We are here also helping out and have our vintage Burch, 1930's Super World's Fair Popcorn machine set up making popcorn for the day. The Cruise goes through 5 pm today, the weather is beautiful come out and see us.
