The Hamlet of Beavercreek

! Did you know that Clackamas County is the only place in the nation that recognizes a "hamlet" as an independent local entity? (New York has a designation for "hamlet," but a New York hamlet receives urban services from a city.) In Clackamas County, a hamlet is a locality that is governed by a board with regard to community planning and advising on land use decisions, but lacks the power to tax or to provide urban services. Clackamas County currently has three hamlets: The Stafford Hamlet, Hamlet of Mulino, and The Hamlet of Beavercreek.

Tomorrow is the day. Don’t miss out on this fun evening. We will have several of our first responders onsite, some local businesses and local vendors.

Visit with our local firefighters, sheriffs, AMR, Life flight, Search and Rescue groups, Sheriff’s Posse, Clackamas Transportation, Clackamas VOAD, Brian Lowry Trucking, Bennett Septic, Grunt Roofing, Oregon Livestock Council and much more. Even pet a goat!

Shop treats from American Berry Farm, Grateful Acres, Mill Creek Acres Farms, Steph’s Sweet & Such, James & Co Photography

Free hot dogs, non-alcoholic drinks, otter pops and more. Even a dunk tank.

There will be parking on the south side of Leland across from the park. We also ask that if you are bringing pets that they are on a leash.

Our guest speakers tonight will be giving an update on the construction about to begin at the intersection of Beavercrerk, Leland and Kamrath Road.
