K-9 Derrick and his handler, Cpl. Stegall, were proud to walk alongside students, faculty, and the community for a cause that reminds us all: no one has to face life's challenges along.

Together, we continue to show up, support, and serve on and off campus. 💙

The staff in the Reaud Building had a surprise visitor. Mr. Grinch was spotted roaming the halls of fhe Reaud Building. He made every effort to stay out of trouble, and ensured everyone that he has changed. While at the Reaud Building he filled it with laughter, and a sprinkle of his usual mischief. Watch how the Grinch's visit and all the festive moments he shared with our faculty and staff today.

We couldn't resist sharing a few more highlights from President Taylor's Holiday Party! The Grinch gave us plenty of photos worth moments! From Trying to behave to spreading (somewhat) cheerful vibes, he kept the fun going all morning!

The Grinch made his appearance to President Taylor's Holiday Breakfast, and he claimed he's turned over a new leaf! We had a great time helping him stay in the Christmas spirit, taking pictures, and celebrating with our Lamar University faculty and staff! Thanks to everyone who stopped by and showed the Grinch what Cardinal Pride looks like!

Today we recognize and thank the LUPD officers and staff who have proudly served our country in the military. Their commitment to service didn't end with their military service, they continue to protect and serve our campus community every day!

We are grateful for their dedication, sacrifice, and leadership! Please help us thank them all for their service to our nation!

Today, two of our dedicated Campus Safety Officers were promoted to Police Officers, and we couldn't be more proud of them. Their hard work, commitment, and perseverance have brought them to this exciting new chapter, and we couldn't be more proud. Help us congratulate Officer Carson May and Officer India Thomas!
