UNIVERSAL, SINGLE PAYER HEALTHCARE COMING TO CALIFORNIA UNLESS WE STOP IT!!

THIS IS URGENT
CALL MODERATE DEMOCRATS TODAY AND TOMORROW TO URGE OUR ASSEMBLY MEMBERS TO VOTE NO ON AB1400
(See list of Democrats to call, below).

AB 1400 has passed the Assembly Health and Assembly Appropriations Committee and is scheduled to be heard on the Assembly Floor before Jan. 31st.ACA 11 is still waiting to be heard in committee.

If these pass, the government will be in charge of your health coverage. If these pass, bureaucrats like the ones at the DMV and EDD will be in charge of people’s health coverage, Californians who like their current plans will be kicked off, seniors’ Medicare funds will get raided, patients will wait months to see specialists, care will be rationed, and hospitals will likely shut their doors.

The Tax Foundation reports, “This will increase taxes by $12,250 per household.” Payroll taxes would increase on employees making more than $49,000 a year, and personal income taxes would increase on those with over $149,500 a year. Thanks to California’s highest-in-the-nation cost of living, $49,000 isn’t enough to make ends meet in many parts of the state.

CALL THESE MODERATE DEMOCRATS TODAY AND TOMORROW TO LET THEM KNOW WE DO NOT WANT THIS TO PASS

A Message from new NFRW President Eileen Sobjack
Republican Women Uniting with Purpose

Happy New Year, Republican Women!

This is the year for a Red Wave in our country. Republican Women must step up and lead as a unified force across this great country.

We must be laser focused in 2022. Our top priority is to elect Republicans. Next is creating effective programs and high expectations for building membership at every level.

Additionally, we must protect the people’s votes with a solid plan for election Integrity. It’s an important part of our purpose because the seal of the NFRW is an eagle protecting the election box.

We must be a strong voice for legislation that promotes a healthy economy, protection of our freedoms, and less government intrusion.

And of course, we must continue our mission to educate and empower women.

Let’s continue to engage in building strong communities, not just through political activism but through our Caring for America and Armed Services projects. Keep on supporting our veterans and law enforcement, pitching in during disasters, and reaching out to help in our local communities.

Start your year right by checking out the resources at nfrw.org and keeping up with our Facebook posts at National Federation of Republican Women. We are also on Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

Let’s get this Red Wave started by uniting in our purpose!
