On 5-7-26, I was contacted by Captain Debbie Alexander, an employee at the Three Forks Regional Jail. She stated that while searching a new intake, Madison Mullins, contraband was found on Mullins. I charged Madison Mullins with Promoting Contraband-Fentanyl,Carfentanil,or Detivative.

All investigations are worked by the
Three Forks Regional Jail administrator, Jared Pelfrey, investigator Cory Dunaway.

The drugs did not make it into the facility

On 3-22-26, I was contacted by Captain Kenton Whisman, an employee at the Three Forks Regional Jail. He stated that while searching a new intake, Brian Akers , contraband was found on Akers.I charged Brian Akers with  promoting  Contraband 1st Degree.

On 3-21-26, I was contacted by Captain Kenton Whisman, an employee at the Three Forks Regional Jail. He stated that while searching a new intake, Jonathan Hylton , contraband was found on Hylton.I charged Jonathan Hylton with  promoting  Contraband 1st Degree.

On 3-15-26, I was contacted by Captain Kenton Whisman, an employee at the Three Forks Regional Jail. He stated that while searching a new intake, Katherine Gibson, contraband was found on Gibson. I charged Katherine with  promoting  Contraband 1st Degree.

On 3-12-26, I was contacted by Captain Debbie Alexander, an employee at the Three Forks Regional Jail. She stated that while searching a new intake, Etta Estes, contraband was found on Estes. I charged Etta Estes with Promoting Contraband-Fentanyl,Carfentanil,or Detivative and promoting  Contraband 1st Degree.

Linda Kay Smith has been located. Golden alert cancelled.

The Beattyville Police Department is currently attempting to locate a female with medical disabilities.

Linda Kay Smith, 71 of Menifee County was last seen leaving the Travelwise Motel in Beattyville at approximately 12:30pm on February 21st .She was driving a White Toyota Scion with a license plate number of ABJ188, traveling North bound on Kentucky Highway 11 North. The family has not been able to contact her since.

Smith is described as a white female approximately 5’4” tall, 165lbs, gray hair, Hazel eyes with glasses.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Lee County Dispatch at 606-464-5030 or the Beattyville Police Department at 606-464-1105.

On 2-12-26, I was contacted by Captain Debbie Alexander, an employee at the Three Forks Regional Jail. She stated that while searching a new intake, Jenny Wooten, contraband was found on Wooten. I charged Jenny Wooten with trafficking In Controlled substance 1st Degree and promoting  Contraband 1st Degree.
