💛💙 2026 - 2027 Beardstown High School Officer Spotlight💛💙

This week’s Officer Spotlight will be Johann Flores. Johann will be serving as the chapter’s secretary for the 2026-2027 school year.

As chapter secretary, Johann will:
• Be stationed by the ear of corn
• Keep accurate and detailed records at meetings and events
• Maintain member attendance

Johann’s goal as Secretary this year:

My goal is to create a more organized system of communication to make meeting and events more simple. I also want to make a bigger impact in FFA by organizing impactful events and participating in set events.

As chapter Vice President, Trevin will:
• Be stationed by the plow
• Conduct the role call of officers
• Work alongside the President and Advisor

As chapter Treasurer, Trevin will:
• Be stationed by George Washington
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and present treasurer reports

Trevin’s goal as Vice President and Treasurer:

My goal is to help more members in our FFA chapter experience all that FFA has to offer. By doing this, I will help them learn and develop new skills for a successful future.

As chapter president, Caleb will:
• Be stationed by the rising sun
• Maintain order and ensure active member participation
• Coordinate the overall activities of the chapter.

Caleb’s goal as chapter president: My goal as president is to have more people be involved in FFA between students and the community.

🌸BHS FFA Plant Sale 🌸

We are open today from 10-5:00 with a lunch break from 12-1:00. We have a variety of flowers including petunias, geraniums, petchoas, and impatiens. We also have a wide variety of vegetables available!

Beardstown FFA Plant Sale open today 4-6:00 pm! We still have some beautiful plants left including hanging baskets ($15), petunias and petchoas, geraniums, and more! We also have a wide variety of vegetables left including tomatos, peppers, onions, arugula, spinach, green beans, lettuce, and rocket salad! 🌷🌿🪻
