Hi. 👋🏼 😊 My name is Polina and I am university student from Estonia. I have successfully got my sales license approved in Beardstown, Cass county.

I am posting this to give a friendly update to the community that I will be going DOOR to DOOR in Calhoun county for the next week helping families with education.😇
Since I go door-to-door it has its reputation, I am trying to be laid back and compliant when meeting families at their doorstep. I will give my best to leave everyone in a good mood. My priority is to treat every family as I wish someone would treat my parents at their doorstep ❤️ SUPER EXCITED🤩🤩🤩

This is my 1st summer in Illinois helping families with educational resources and I am happy to say I have been able to help over 1700 families during my past summers!

I DO NOT represent or am affiliated with any of the schools. It is my summer internship and this is the way that I get to pay my way through school.

I sell:
1) Study guides and apps that help parents to help kids with NEW Math & other subjects. 📱📚 partners of McGraw Hill.
2) Books and Apps and study guides that help children save time doing schoolwork in High school & test preparation throughout grade 1 till grade 12📱📚 including The Princeton Review’s ACT/SAT prep.
3) Leadership development program for teens.
4)Fun and educational kids learning system from babies till 12yo kids to give them a head start in school. 📱📚
5) Family bible library for character building. 📚

We are newly assisting the Brasel family.

Honoring Officer William “Bill” Brasel

Our law enforcement family is grieving the loss of Officer William “Bill” Brasel — a 32-year veteran of the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, former Sheriff, and Police Chief who faithfully served Missouri communities for decades.

Bill leaves behind his devoted wife of 40 years, Patricia. She depended on his income to meet their family’s financial obligations, and his sudden passing has created an unexpected and immediate hardship.

As she walks through overwhelming grief, she is now facing funeral expenses, the loss of household income, and urgent financial needs.

Funds raised will help pay the remainder of his final expenses and assist with immediate household needs during this difficult transition.

TCMGF is asking our community to rally around her.

Unfortunately this year we were unable to do the Drug Take Back Day on October 25th. Next scheduled Drug Take Back Day is April 2026. More information will be provided at a closer date. For anyone needing to turn in unwanted Prescription Drugs or medicines, below are a few places you may take them. Please call before going to ensure they are open or still have a drop off. Unfortunately the Beardstown Police Department does not take them. Per rules and regulations.

What does “Medical Sharps” mean?

Medical Sharps (syringes, hypodermic needles, needles attached to tubing, lancets, etc.) are considered bio-hazardous medical waste. Since ‘sharps’ potentially have disease-carrying blood or other bodily fluids on them, which can live on these objects for over a week, they are capable of ‘injecting’ that contaminated blood or fluid into anyone who comes in contact with them.
