Bear Creek's firefighters trained on a simulated interior search and rescue last night. Safely entering a burning building takes many levels of technical skills and it is good to practice those skills on training night. Nice work guys!

The Bear Creek First Responders will be joining us today at the New Dublin St Patrick's Day Parade! We will be handing out Lifesavers, encouraging all people to consider volunteering for their local EMS or FD! Come see us downtown!

Tonight, members of the Bear Creek Vol Fire Dept crisscrossed the village clearing out fire hydrants from the recent blizzard. It is a great help to the fire dept and the community when the local residents can keep them cleared out.

Tonight, the Fire Department practiced running the pumps and hose lines on the brush truck and the UTV, to sharpen skills & test gear, in anticipation of the upcoming spring wildfire season.
