Room with bathroom and private balcony available in a 2 story, 2 bedroom townhouse in a quiet part of SLO. The room has a bed frame that my previous roommate bought just a couple months ago that I can leave if wanted. Unfurnished. Other roommate (me) is 29 year old guy, runs a couple small businesses in SLO and cooks a lot. Turning the garage into a home gym so if you like to workout you will appreciate that! The kitchen is nice and big in an open room with the living room and I cook every day so there is always good food I am willing to share. It is a very crowded garage with a car in there and the driveway parking is fine. I have a dog that is very quiet and a sweet heart.

Its dimensions are 12ft long by 9.5 feet wide, with a big closet and shelving space (additional to the dimensions provided for the room). It has 2 windows that provide tons of sun light throughout the day, one of them overlooking the hill right behind the condo. The condo itself is in a quiet and safe complex, and you'd be able to park your car right at the door. The laundry is coin-operated and it's located in a building within the complex (20 sec walk from the condo).

I'm looking ideally for a young professional, someone respectful, responsible, non-smoking, and very important, someone that cleans after themselves. I have a little dog, he's really friendly, well trained and obedient, so hopefully you like dogs too. Unfortunately no other pets are accepted though.

The bedroom has a large closet, large window with blinds, a ceiling fan and a Direct TV box. This is a no drugs/smoking environment.
