IMPACT Early College High School is a small innovative high school located in Baytown, Texas. The high school is a partnership between Goose Creek CISD and Lee College. Students enrolled at IMPACT ECHS have the opportunity to graduate from high school with an associate degree or 60 college hours.

This week, IMPACT Early College High School proudly celebrates our phenomenal Communities In Schools Site Coordinator, Mrs. Carolyn Lee!

She is so much more than a coordinator, she is an advocate, encourager, problem-solver, trusted listener, and unwavering champion for our Spartans. Whether she is connecting a family with resources, helping a student overcome a barrier, offering a safe place to breathe, or reminding someone that they are capable, she leads with compassion and makes every student feel seen, supported, and valued.

Much of her work happens quietly behind the scenes, but its IMPACT is felt throughout our entire campus. Because of her dedication, students are better equipped to remain focused, overcome challenges, and keep moving toward their dreams.

Mrs. Lee, thank you for showing up, standing in the gap, and loving our Spartans so well. Your heart for students is extraordinary, your service is invaluable, and our campus is better because you are here!

Today, our Spartans brought their organizations to life during the IMPACT Club Fair! Students proudly shared their missions, activities, and opportunities while inviting their peers to discover new interests, develop leadership skills, build friendships, and become more involved in our school community.

We were especially proud to see our students confidently promoting their organizations, answering questions, and encouraging others to participate. The enthusiasm and engagement throughout the fair demonstrated what Spartan pride is all about!

With so many incredible organizations represented, there was truly something for everyone. Today wasn’t simply about joining a club, it was about finding connection, discovering purpose, and realizing that every Spartan has something meaningful to contribute.

Thank you to every student sponsor, organization, and Spartan who helped make our Club Fair such an impactful experience! 💜🤍

AVID 2 students heard from former Spartan Adam M., who shared his degree journey in Cloud Computing and building a career at DOW Chemical as a Process Control Analyst. 💻⚙️

Students also learned interview tips, including how to use the STAR method to highlight their skills and experiences. ⭐
