Harting is an estimated 9-month-old Australian Kelpie/Labrador mix who is new to the shelter and already making quite the impression!

She recently passed her dog test with flying colors and absolutely loves having other dogs around. Harting is a happy, friendly, playful girl who is always ready for some fun and attention!

Now she’s hoping her time at the shelter is short and that her next stop can be a forever home—or a foster home where she can continue to grow, learn, and be her best self. 🏡

🚨 URGENT – These dogs have been given a humane euthanasia
DEADLINE by END OF DAY 9/17 🚨

They urgently need fosters, rescue placement, or forever homes to leave the shelter before their deadline.

Each of these dogs deserves the chance to experience love, safety, and a life outside of a kennel. Even if you can't adopt, fostering saves lives and gives rescue organizations the time they need to secure permanent placement.

🐾 MEET RAY! 🐾

Ray is an estimated 7-month-old Husky/German Shepherd mix who recently came to the shelter as an owner surrender.

This sweet boy is on the shy side and unfortunately hasn’t had much socialization. He’s still learning the basics and isn’t comfortable walking on a leash yet. But there’s a whole different side of Ray that comes out when he’s around other dogs!

Once he has a canine friend by his side, Ray starts to come out of his shell. He loves to run, play, and let his puppy energy shine!

Ray is looking for a patient foster or forever home that will give him the time, encouragement, and positive experiences he needs to build his confidence and learn that the world isn’t so scary.

UPDATE -- THOMAS WAS ADOPTED!! 🎉

🐾 MEET THOMAS SHELBY! 🐾

Thomas Shelby is an estimated 4-year-old Labrador mix who is having a really hard time in the shelter environment and desperately needs someone to give him a chance.

With people, Thomas is very friendly and absolutely loves being near you. He enjoys simply sitting beside his people and would happily soak up all the chest scratches you’re willing to give.

When meeting other dogs, Thomas has a calm yet excited demeanor. He takes his time sniffing and getting to know everyone before getting into play. Once comfortable, he can be playful without being overbearing.

Unfortunately, Thomas is not doing well in the shelter. He is experiencing kennel/barrier reactivity and has been constantly jumping and barking in his kennel. Because of the stress he is experiencing here, he was recently added to our at-risk list.

Thomas needs out ASAP. A shelter kennel is not allowing this sweet boy to show who he really is, and we desperately want to see him get the opportunity to decompress in a home environment.

If you can open your home to Thomas, please reach out to us ASAP. He needs someone willing to give him a chance before it’s too late.

🐾 Meet Willow! 🐾

Willow is a beautiful estimated 3-year-old Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix who recently arrived at the shelter as an owner surrender.

This sweet girl is definitely on the shy and nervous side, and the shelter environment can be overwhelming for her. When she’s unsure, you may notice her gently lifting her paw — a little sign that she needs some extra patience and reassurance.

Willow does well around other dogs who are able to respect her space and give her time to feel comfortable. She’s not looking for a busy, overwhelming environment — she’s looking for someone who will let her decompress, build her confidence, and show her that she’s safe.

We know there’s a gentle, loving girl underneath all those nerves, and we’d love to see her get the chance to come out of her shell.

✨ Willow is looking for a foster or forever home where she can finally feel safe and loved.
