Today is World Migratory Bird Day!

As millions of birds migrate across North America, one of the biggest human-made threats they face is glass collisions. Birds often mistake reflections in windows for open sky or habitat, leading to fatal impacts.

The good news is that simple changes at home and at businesses can make a big difference:
• Add patterns, decals, or bird-safe film to windows
• Turn off unnecessary lights at night during migration
• Use exterior screens or bird-safe glass solutions
• Place feeders safely near windows
