The HOA or Homeowner Association

An HOA or Homeowner Association is a legal entity created to manage and maintain the common areas of a community. Typically these "common areas" consist of things like pools, clubhouses, landscaping, parks, streets and roads. HOAs can consist of single family homes, condominiums, or town homes and are typically setup by the original developer of the community wit

h a set of rules called "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions" otherwise known as "CC&Rs". One of the primary functions of the HOA is enforce and ensure that these "CC&Rs" are adhered to by the individual homeowners. The guiding principals of these regulations are normally to help maintain property values and the quality of life within the community.

Notice of Regular Meeting
The Meadowlake Village Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 5:45 p.m. The meeting will be held at 7410 Breda Drive, Baytown, Texas, 77521.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

I. Call to order - Establish Quorum.
II. Review and approve minutes from prior meetings.
III. Open Forum – 3 minutes per homeowner.
IV. Monthly report from Enforce Security.
V. Adjourn to Closed Session to discuss legal matters, if needed.
VI. Reconvene in Open Session.
VII. Action, if any, which may be appropriate as a result of closed session deliberations.
VIII. Adjournment.

Pool tags are Saturday, April 25th from 10 am - 2 pm.

POOL TAGS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY UPDATED THIS YEAR FOR HOMEOWNERS WHO HAD A POOL TAG LAST YEAR. RENTERS MUST OBTAIN A NEW TAG EVERY YEAR.

NEED A POOL TAG? Please attend one of the scheduled dates to obtain your pool tags. You will need a current photo of each member of your household. These pictures will not be returned. Pictures must be wallet size, or no larger than a 4x6 for group pictures. If you are a renter, you must bring a copy of your lease agreement or a current electric bill showing your name and property address. You must also provide your landlord’s name and phone number.
