We will NEVER ask customers to meet at their homes for payment or disconnect issues. Do not provide information or allow access to your property. Chimney Rock PPD would like to announce our new on going office hours… during the irrigation season (May- October), our office will be open Monday-Thursday 6:30 am to 5:00 pm and November- April will be Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm… we do have our phone lines transferred to a facility so if you have an emergency during non-working hours, as always, don’t hesitate to call us at 308-586-1824..

Update #2: CRPPD is working to switch the customers on our Minatare Sub to be fed off an alternate Substation…power should be restored by around 2:30 pm.. Again, thank you for your patience …

The office staff are being advised that customers being served by our Bayard Substation should be back on…

CRPPD is currently experiencing a large outage due to a WAPA transmission issue.. our guys are working along both Tri-State and WAPA crews to resolve the issue as quickly as possible..this outage affects all customers on both Bayard and Minatare Substations… Updates will be given as available..

CRPPD will be experiencing a blink tomorrow morning between 9:00-9:30 am as we switch power to our back to the Minatare Sub following our completion of repairs….

CRPPD will have approximately 13 customers without power during a pole change out being done today between 10:30-1:00 pm around the intersection of CR K & Highland Road… emails/text will be sent to those affected.. Thank you for your patience while we maintain your line..

Crews are currently switching the people on our Minatare sub to be served off our other substations while we further investigate the cause of the outage.. we will update as we know more and restoration is in progress… thank you for your continued support…

We are currently experiencing an outage in this area of our territory… the guys are on their way to determine the cause of the issue… and today of all days… Lineman Appreciation Day… thank each of you for all you do..!!!
