๐ Congratulations ๐
We are proud to announce our January Students of the Month and Teacher/Staff Members of the Month.
These individuals deserve recognition for how they positively impact our school community! Let's give them a round of applause!! ๐๐๐๐๐
๐
Addison Carpenter is a great student. She treats peers and staff with respect and compassion. She works hard in the classroom, always giving her best effort and striving to do well. Beyond her academic commitment, she is simply a joy to be around. She brings encouragement, warmth, and positivity wherever she goes.
๐
Hayden DโOlive has been a good cadet since the beginning of the year and now has been showing signs of leadership in the program. He is respectful and engaging, becoming a Flight Sergeant in his AFJROTC Flight, a rare promotion for a Freshman! Plus he is one of the leaders on the AFJROTC weightlifting team, not only showing improvement personally but also helping teammates during our PT sessions. Just a great kid who they love having in AFJROTC!
๐
Addison Hadley is one of the sweetest students you will ever meet. She excels in everything she does. Her strong work ethic and natural abilities set her apart, but what makes her even more special is her willingness to help her classmates whenever they need support. With her bright smile and wonderful personality, she brings positivity and joy to the classroom each day. She is a shining example of kindness, leadership, and hard work.
๐
Kara Stewart is a true example of what it means to be a hard worker. She gives her best effort, stays focused, and takes pride in her work. Not only does she strive for success individually, but she is also a wonderful team player who collaborates well with others and encourages those around her. She is a pleasure to teach.
๐
Sophia Propst is not only talented and smart, but she is a leader. She is a leader inside of class and out. The other day, she was seen counseling a younger student who was in distress over typical high school drama. She lifted this student up with great advice and made sure she was okay. Sophia is a prime example of how leadership is not just what we all see, but the actions we do quietly to take care of others.
๐
Sgt. Adams & Officer Lambert
While their primary responsibility is ensuring the safety and security of our campus, Sgt. Adams and Officer Lambert go far beyond the badge each and every day. They build meaningful, positive relationships with our students, serving as mentors, role models, and trusted adults. They are visible at school events, consistently support our athletes, and take time to connect with students in the hallways, classrooms, and community.
๐
Emily Hankins
Mrs. Hankins has worked tirelessly to ensure students complete their required trainings and stay on track to earn their CCRI, an essential graduation requirement. Her persistence and willingness to go the extra mile have made a meaningful difference for our students. She doesn't just monitor progress, but also encourages, supports, and follows through to make sure our students have the opportunity to succeed.
๐
Marcus Oaks
Mr. Oaks has been dedicated to ensuring students complete their required trainings and stay on track to earn their CCRI, an essential graduation requirement. Beyond delivering high-quality instruction each day, he intentionally mentors young men across our campus, investing in their character, leadership, and future success. As a sponsor of the Businessmen of Baldwin organization at BCHS, he provides students with meaningful opportunities to grow professionally, develop confidence, and learn the value of integrity and hard work.

Annie Allen-Ballard
Mrs. Allen-Ballard equips her students with the skills they need to successfully enter the workforce after high schoolโprofessional communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and personal responsibility. Her classroom not only prepares students academically but also builds the confidence and workplace readiness that employers value. As a bilingual teacher, she serves as an invaluable mentor and advocate for our Spanish-speaking students. She creates an inclusive environment where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. Her ability to connect with families and bridge language barriers strengthens our entire school community.
