We loved having MCSO ESD Detection K9 Estie #103 visit Forensics Camp last week! One of our camp students gifted them with a couple of sketches after their presentation. 🩷🐾

🐾💜 **From Estie:** 💜🐾

Today, my momma and I had the honor of visiting the Baldwin County Forensics Youth Camp, where we shared my important job as an Electronic Storage Device Detection K9 and talked about digital safety, investigations, and forensic science.

But then something extra special happened...

One of the students surprised me with these paw-sitively pawsome sketches! 🐾🎨

I have sniffed out hidden devices, helped investigators, visited schools, and met thousands of children, but being drawn as the star of the show might be one of my favorite honors yet! ⭐

Thank you to this talented artist for taking the time to draw me. You made this K9's tail wag just a little faster today! 🐕💜

And if we're being honest... I think they captured my good side. 😎🐾🦮💜

Five years may have passed, but not a day goes by that Deputy Bill Smith is not remembered. His friendship, presence, dedication, and the impact he had on everyone he met remain woven into our BCSO family and the communities he served. Though his watch ended far too soon, his legacy lives on in the values he embodied, the lives he touched, and the example he left for others to follow. 💙🖤
