North Baldwin Utilities A Water, Wastewater and Natural Gas utility providing quality services since 1945 It serves a population of more than 37,000 people.

NBU is located in Bay Minette, Alabama, but provides water, wastewater and natural gas services to residential and industrial customers all over north Baldwin county. With the help of its dedicated team of under 60 employees, each day NBU produces an average of 3 million gallons of drinking water and cleans 1.2 million gallons of reclaimed water for its customers and community. Our crews are responding to several sewer-related issues following the heavy rainfall our area has experienced since last weekend. Additional rain is expected, which may continue to impact sewer systems in some areas.

Periods of excessive rainfall can place added strain on wastewater infrastructure, especially in low-lying areas. Crews are actively working to investigate reported issues as quickly as possible.
