Trail Closure Notice:

Due to utility construction on Lynndale Drive, the trail along Clearwater Road will be closed beginning Monday June 15th at 7:00 am. The trail is expected to remain closed until approximately 5:00 p.m on Monday June 15th.

A map is included for reference. Additional closures may occur over the course of the next few weeks as a result of construction in the area.

Please exercise caution while travelling, biking, or walking in and around the construction zone.

The Baxter Cemetery Commission requests that all Memorial Day artificial flowers and decorations please be removed from all graves by 4:30 p.m. on June 15th.

Normal maintenance will be resumed on June 16th and all flowers and decorations remaining on the graves will be collected and disposed of by staff.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

The closure of Lynndale Drive north of Clearwater Road is planned to begin on May 18th. At this time construction activities involve removal of pavement, grading, and tree removals. Interruptions to traffic are expected to begin on May 18th. Emergency Vehicle access will be maintained. Please drive with caution in the work zone area.

Refer to the attached map of the project area to note the roadways included in the project area and the detour route. Future work will include road closures throughout this neighborhood for underground utility work and road reconstruction.

Construction activities are beginning along Brentwood Circle. The closure of Brentwood Circle (north of Brentwood Road) is planned to begin on May 20th. Construction activities involve removal of pavement, grading, and tree removals. Interruptions to traffic are expected to begin May 20th. Emergency Vehicle access will be maintained.

The Public Works Department will be flushing hydrants starting on April 13th. Flushing should be completed by May 22nd.

On rare occasions residents may notice some discoloration of their water. If this occurs, run your water for a few minutes until it clears up. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Public Works Department at 218.454.5135.
