We're teaming up with the Lake of the Woods Track Team to bring you the 4th of July Firecracker 5k! 🧨 Join us for a fun-filled morning of fitness and community spirit.

All proceeds will be split equally between the LOW Track Team and LakeWood Regional Healthcare Foundation, supporting two amazing causes!

Whist players, people to go on outings, planners, men’s group leaders, readers, gardeners, etc. We have jobs to fit unique personalities, talents and character traits.
