Hi Bearcats! Unfortunately, due to the forecast of 70% thunderstorms and rain throughout the day tomorrow Friday August 16th, we have made the difficult decision to POSTPONE the back-2-school event.

We will keep you updated with the new date, time, and location as soon as we finalize all the details. If your student(s) are in need of a backpack and supplies please direct them to their Communities In Schools (CIS) Student Support Coordinators during open houses, the first week of school, etc. Thanks!

A reminder to our Northwestern families: Northwestern Middle School has paused school operations for the 2024-25 school year as the building undergoes final renovations to transform into the Northwestern Academy of Visual & Performing Arts, serving grades K-8 starting next year. Rising 7th and 8th grade students from Northwestern will attend Springfield Middle School this upcoming 2024-25 school year! 📚
