Summer break is here, and while it's a season filled with fun, adventure, and family time, it can also be a time when children experience challenges that may go unnoticed during the school year.

As routines change and free time increases, parents and caregivers may notice changes in behavior, mood, friendships, or emotional well-being. These moments can be opportunities to check in, listen, and provide support.

If your child seems more withdrawn, easily frustrated, isolated from friends and family, or is struggling to adapt to changes in routine, know that you are not alone.
