One of the best parts of association management is getting to truly know the people and industries we serve. ❤️

After a morning of important committee work with LFCA, Kathleen and Ryan had the opportunity to tour the St. George Fire Protection District. Seeing their incredible facility, learning about their operations, and hearing more about how they serve their community was fascinating and made us even more proud to support the work of LFCA.

Every AMP client gives us the opportunity to learn something new, and experiences like this remind us just how meaningful that work can be!

We had the wonderful opportunity to sit side by side with our friends and partners from the City of St. George last week for a tabletop exercise focused on the behind-the-scenes management of a major flooding incident.

As we all know, the likelihood of flooding in our area is… high. Whether it impacts one street, one neighborhood, or multiple areas across the city, our ability to effectively manage resources and assets starts with strong incident management skills, solid planning, and, most importantly, the ability to work together.

Led by Chief Underwood and moderated by GOHSEP, the exercise gave us the opportunity to work through challenges, strengthen coordination, and continue building the processes we’ll rely on when the next incident occurs.

We’re grateful to our city leadership and management for coming to the table and continuing to plan, prepare, and work together before the next emergency happens.
