Attention Batesville Water Supply Members:

We want to reassure all of our Batesville Water Supply members that, despite the recent flooding in our area, our water wells were never compromised and Batesville Water Supply is NOT under a boil water notice.

Our team has worked diligently throughout this event to monitor our system and ensure the safety and quality of your drinking water. Texas Commission of Environmental Quality has also kept in contact with Batesville WSC since day 1 of the floods. We are grateful that our wells remained protected and that we have been able to continue providing safe, reliable water to our members.

Thank you for your patience, support, and understanding as our community recovers from the recent floods. If anything changes, we will notify our members immediately.

📢 Notice to Batesville Water Supply Members

Due to cleanup efforts following the recent flood waters, the Batesville Water Supply office will be closed today, Monday, July 20, 2026.

Attention Batesville:

Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) is en route to Batesville to provide the town with portal potties and drinking water to help everyone in the affected areas. We still don’t have an exact ETA. As soon as we know more, we will update everyone on exact locations where they will be set up.
