Youth Mental Health First Aid Training (No-Cost)
Just as CPR helps you assist someone having a heart attack, Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to support a young person experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge, or a crisis.
If you are an adult who interacts with youth ages 12β18βwhether you are a parent, teacher, coach, first responder, or a caring neighborβthis training is for you!
