Celebrating Wenli’s Birthday at BPS!

Today was a special day at Batesville Primary School as Mrs. Taylor’s class hosted a birthday party for Wenli! The students were thrilled to celebrate their beloved therapy dog, who brings so much joy and comfort to our school each month. From smiles and snuggles to learning moments, Wenli’s visits are always a highlight for our students and staff.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Taylor’s class for making Wenli’s birthday extra special! Your kindness and enthusiasm made this celebration one to remember.

We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to Gena Stonefield and Wenli for their ongoing commitment to BPS. Gena has been involved with Circle Tail, Inc. since 2019 and Pet Partners of Greater Cincinnati since 2022. As an Ambassador Team for Circle Tail, Inc. and a Therapy Team for Pet Partners of Greater Cincinnati, Gena and Wenli work together to educate children and adults about the important roles of service, facility, and therapy dogs.

Beyond their work as a therapy team, Gena is also the author of Charlie’s Service Dog Tail, a heartwarming book that follows Charlie, a puppy in training to become a service dog. The story highlights the dedication and training required for service dogs and the special bond they share with their handlers.

Thank you, Gena and Wenli, for all that you do for our BPS family. And thank you, Mrs. Taylor’s class, for making Wenli’s birthday such a special and memorable event!
