March for Jesus was a blessing! I received campaign encouragement from former County Judge, Ronnie McDonald & Mayor Ishmael Harris! As I was walking, I was praising and thanking God for His GRACE & MERCY! I was also thinking...man, it's going to be a hot one once I start block walking! See you soon, Precinct 1!

I will never forget when I became a detective with the City of Bastrop PD and was called to investigate my first infant fatality. It was one of the most difficult experiences of my career and left a lasting impact. During that season of darkness, I was blessed to have the support of my pastor, the late Rev. R.D. Smith, whose wisdom, faith, and spiritual guidance helped me find peace, healing, and the strength to continue serving others.

Seek help, don't allow your pride/ego to take over.

Representing the Democratic Party, I had the privilege of awarding two scholarships to two outstanding students who will excel in higher education. This experience was extremely fulfilling and will be another objective for JP1: providing scholarships for our seniors. I'm COMMITTED TO JUSTICE. DEDICATED TO YOU!

Today, I enjoyed the company of these ladies and plan to return. The focus of today's luncheon on Earth Day served as a reminder of our responsibility to recycle, reuse, and reduce. We should aim to be part of the solution, rather than contributing to the pollution.
