What is this you ask?? It's our Engineers from Schaumburg & Polk going over the sealed bids we received at our bid opening this morning. We are well on our way to getting an elevated tower!!! This is a very much needed and necessary piece of infrastructure for our system. The Board will make the official vote at the June meeting.

We are very excited to announce an awesome employee accomplishment. Patricia Lujan has been with the District for almost 16 years and was promoted to the District Administrator last year.
She has put in a lot of time, sweat and effort to making sure the District has continued to run smoothly after we suffered a great loss several years ago. She has stepped up and taken over the office with great pride and responsibility. She's done an amazing job with this and for everything that she's accomplished, she was nominated for TRWA's excellence in administration award. With the nomination, she beat out 16 other nominees around the state.
She was presented the award earlier this week at the annual conference in Arlington.
Congratulations Patricia and thank you for everything that you do for the District and for the customers.
