Our team is already wearing orange and preparing for this school year's NIBBLES program. Every Friday, 302 students across 7 campuses in Bastrop go home with 5 pounds of weekend nutrition. Be a hunger hero and join us:

This September, we're recognizing ๐‡๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ซ ๐€๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ก by focusing on ๐๐ˆ๐๐๐‹๐„๐’, Nutrition in Backpacks Before Littles Exit School. Here is the grocery store 30 minutes later, quiet and reorganized, already prepped for tomorrowโ€™s services. Staff and volunteers made it happen. ๐Ÿซถ

Join our and help us keep food waste out of the landfill! ๐ŸŒŽ

At the Food Pantry, we partner with local retailers to rescue a large amount of food each month. When items are no longer safe to be distributed to neighbors, they can still be thoughtfully redirected to become nutrientโ€‘rich animal feed or soil, ensuring nothing goes to waste.

We are looking for farmers and gardeners to help us divert this spoilage from going to waste. If you can utilize these materials for your animals or land, please get in touch! ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพ๐ŸŒฟ
