Northern Stars Advanced Toastmasters

Northern Stars is an advanced club offering members the opportunity to take their skills to a whole new level. Membership is available to all Toastmasters who have completed six speeches or Pathways Level 2. Conditional membership is available to non-Toastmasters as well. Dual members are encouraged to remain active with their home club. Participants continue to share their leadership and speaking

skills with new members while also being able to work with some of the most accomplished speakers in District 83. Do you need more practice with Elective speech projects? Accelerate improvement in speaking skills. Sharpen your speeches with insightful and meaningful evaluations. Prepare for next level speech contests. Gain additional speaking time and experience. Strengthen your Evaluation skills. Northern Stars offers a rotation of five varieties of speech evaluations, enabling our members to strengthen evaluative skills:

1.) Two evaluators per speech
2.) Two evaluators per speech: one for Content and one for Delivery
3.) One evaluator + verbal Round Robin group comments from members
4.) One evaluator + written Round Robin group comments from members
5.) One evaluator per speech + "Evaluate the Evaluator"
