✨ It's that time again! We are looking for outstanding nominations for the annual Polk Young Professionals Awards! ✨

The Polk Young Professionals Awards, or PYPA, is a collaborative event for
EMERGE Lakeland (Lakeland Chamber of Commerce), ENDEAVOR Winter
Haven (Winter Haven Chamber Foundation) and ENGAGE Bartow (Bartow
Chamber Foundation).

Together, these councils work to celebrate the collective impact of young
professionals in Polk County and through PYPA, recognize three (3) individuals
who are demonstrating excellence and impact in their communities.

Nominations for Emerging Leader (ages 21-30), Legacy Builder (ages 31-42),
and Philanthropic Champion (ages 21-42) are accepted May 1 - 31, 2026.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Engage Summer Mingle Membership Drive!

From paint-by-numbers and raffles to networking with fellow young professionals, it was a fun evening filled with community and connection.

We’re excited to keep growing Engage Bartow and bringing together the next generation of leaders, professionals, and changemakers in our community. 💙

A little networking, a little creativity, and a lot of great connections 🎨✨

Last night’s Engage Summer Mingle Membership Drive brought together young professionals from across the community for an evening of paint-by-numbers, raffles, conversation, and new connections.

From catching up with familiar faces to meeting future collaborators, it was night all about building relationships and creating community along the way. 💙

Come and see what we are about and what we have planned for the next year at our ENGAGE Summer Mingle Membership Drive at The Social at Idlewood! We'll have networking, raffles, a mystery activity (oooh intrigue and wonder!!) ✨

Admission is free thanks to our sponsors, Boswell & Dunlap LLP, One Stop Solutions, and The Social at Idlewood and includes Hors D'oeuvres and two drink tickets. Cash bar will be available until end of event. If you decide to join ENGAGE, the annual fee will be reduced to $15 at the membership drive from the regular $20 annual fee for Bartow Chamber Members. Non-Members will pay $70 at the membership drive and $75 after.

“Many hands make light work.”

Engage members were up with the birds this morning to participate in Keep Bartow Beautiful, part of the Great American Clean Up hosted by Keep Polk County Beautiful. Our team picked up trash around the community adjacent to the Polk Street Community Center and beautiful First Providence church.
