The CHP Barstow Area is set up and ready for today’s Car Seat Safety Check-Up Event! Stop by and have your child’s car seat checked by trained personnel to help ensure it is properly installed and appropriate for your child.

***CAR SEAT SAFETY CHECK UP EVENT ***

The California Highway Patrol Barstow Area invites parents and caregivers to our upcoming Car Seat Safety Check-Up event.

CHP officers will be available to inspect car seats, verify proper fit, assist with installation, and provide key information on child passenger safety.

Event Details:
Date: Friday, September 4, 2026
Time: 8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M.
Location: CHP Barstow Area Office, 300 E. Mountain View Street, Barstow, CA 92311

Appointments are recommended but not required. To schedule, please call (760) 255-5900.
