Families navigating behavioral health concerns, special needs, school challenges, family transitions, or child-serving systems don't have to do it alone.

Family Partners use their own lived experience as parents and caregivers to help other families:

✨ Connect with community resources and supports.
✨ Navigate systems, like schools, DCF, DMH, and other services.
✨ Develop family support plans and identify goals.
✨ Build confidence and advocacy skills.
✨ Find peer support and community connections.

At the Gardner Family Resource Center, Tammy Gebo serves as a Family Partner, helping families access resources, identify supports, and navigate challenges with guidance informed by her own lived experience as a caregiver.
