For those impacted by the shut down of the Swiss Krono USA laminate flooring plant, here is some positive news. Recruiters from a similar plant in Alabama, SwissSpan, will be in Snelling May 27-29 for applications and interviews.

With summer quickly approaching, we've been receiving quite a few phone calls about reserving our picnic shelters.

For reservations, please call Rita Morris at 803-259-1464 and leave a message with your name, number, and desired date/time for reservation. Reservations may be made for full/half days. Reservation pricing is $25-$100.

Acceptable forms of payment are check or money order. Cash is NOT be accepted. Payments may be mailed to P.O. Box 681, Barnwell, SC 29812; deposited into the drop box at the town hall; or brought to the town hall office on Fridays from 9-5.
