Calling all 4-H members that have completed 1 full year of 4-H! Come and join Samantha, 4-H Youth Development Agent, to learn all about the state level achievement program. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your 4-H story and get recognized for all of your hard work!

This will be an active working session on achievement applications after the informational session, so please bring a laptop with you if possible.

Kentucky 4-H enrollment is going digital! 💻🍀

FOR NELSON COUNTY 4-H: Starting September 16, families will use 4-H Online to enroll youth members and register for county and state 4-H opportunities.

Getting started is easy:
1️⃣ Manage the whole family from one account
3️⃣ Explore local and statewide opportunities
4️⃣ Register for clubs, camps, events, and more

New families will select sign up and follow the prompts to make an account.

Returning families will select sign-in using the email you provided your county office in the past and select reset password to access your account. If you are unsure of this email contact your local extension office.

🍀2026-2027 4-H Enrollment Clarification 🍀

Following the Extension Carnival on Friday, we want to provide some more information on 4-H enrollment.

Tomorrow, Sept 1 is the start of the new program year. Enrollment will be all online for this program year. Enrollment for each family will be completed through 4-H Online.

For shooting sports specifically, potential NEW members for the new year need to call the office at 502-348-9204 to join the waiting list. This will continue on an ongoing basis until the orientation meeting.

Official sign-ups for OTHER clubs that have limited spaces will begin on Sept 16. More information will be shared closer to that date. Right now, we are not sure if this will be done online or if it will happen by calling the office. We have to wait until the system opens to review how Nelson County 4-H will complete this process.
