IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you want to have a say in the local republican party, attend this re-organization meeting. This is mandated every 4 years following the national presidential election. All that attend will be divided into groups based on your assigned voting precincts. Whoever is present will elect a precinct captain, co-captain, and youth captain for their own precinct. Once those are chosen, the precinct officers will elect the county officers for the upcoming 4 years (Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and youth Chair). The elected chair can propose an executive committee which will need voted on by the precinct officers as well. The executive committee becomes the voting body for the county party. Otherwise, all precinct offices have a voting say throughout the 4 year term they are elected. This reorganization meeting sets the tone and direction for the party for the next 4 years.
