KBIC Office of Child Support Services The Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) is committed to improving the lives of children.

We strive to strengthen family responsibilities and values through quality service and cultural integrity. The KBIC Office of Child Support Services ( OCSS) was established April 1, 2006 with funds from the Department of Health and Human Services/Administration for Children and Families/Office of Child Support Enforcement. During the first two years, staff developed the components to enable the pr

ogram to offer a full range of child support services. On July 1, 2008 the OCSS became the first Tribe in Michigan to operate a federally-funded Tribal child support program.
