The City will be performing guardrail replacement on Washington Avenue on Thursday 5/21, which will require a detour for southbound traffic between 2nd Street and Water Street.

Carpenter Street will be closed to eastbound traffic from Industrial Court to Moore Street beginning at 6:00am on Monday 5/18 and will remain closed to eastbound traffic until 3:00pm on Tuesday 5/19.

During this closure, eastbound traffic should follow the posted detour to Industrial Court, Sauk Avenue, back to Moore Street.

1st Avenue from Broadway to Birch Street will be closed on Friday 5/15 from 12:30pm to 5:00pm to pave a utility repair.

• 213 1st Avenue and Riverview Tower will be accessible via Broadway.
• Donahue Terrace will be accessible via Birch Street.
