Planning on joining us for our annual carnival July 9th - 11th? Not only will you see how much more room we have in the lot, you'll also see this nice upgrade along the pavilion. No more wooden fence! Our members have been hard at work this rainy holiday weekend to get the project completed.

The members of Liberty Fire Company #2 pause to honor and remember the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

Their courage, dedication, and selfless commitment to protecting the freedoms we enjoy will never be forgotten. As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, we ask everyone to take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and remember those who gave everything for our country.

We are forever grateful to our fallen heroes and the families they left behind.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” – John 15:13

From all of us at Liberty Fire Company #2 – thank you to our fallen service members. Your sacrifice will always be remembered.

May 4 was chosen as the date to celebate International Firefighter' Day as it is also the Feast Day of St Florian, the Patron Saint of Firefighters.

A Roman officer known for his courage and leadership, St Florian is remembered for his role in organising firefighting brigades and for standing firm in the face of danger.

His legacy lives on in firefighters around the world today.

On this day, we honour not only tradition—but the enduring spirit of service and protection. We celebrate and thank brave firefighters around the world who risk their lives to protect our communities. Your courage, commitment, and dedication never go unnoticed.
