If you had recycling that was not picked up yesterday, please contact Harter's Quick Clean-up this morning (608)-782-2082 with your address. There was some miscommunication with staff yesterday and some bins were missed. They will be coming back through the Village to get those emptied either this afternoon or tomorrow.

The Wafer Mobile Food Truck will be in Bangor again tomorrow 5/28/2026 from 9:30 am to 11:00 am and every 4th Thursday of each month.

All local area community members are welcome to utilize this resource. Please remember to bring your ID along if you plan to stop by.

ATTENTION: ROAD CLOSURES SCHEDULED

Tomorrow, Tuesday, May 12th, CP Rail will be doing maintenance on the train crossings within the Village. The following crossings will be closed: 10th Ave South, 15th Ave South, and 18th Ave South.

The work is expected to be finished by the evening, with all closed crossings open. Please plan your routes through the Village utilizing 16th Ave S and 19th Ave S during this time.

Reminder: Large pickup for Village of Bangor residents is Monday, April 6th. There is an additional charge for certain items: Mattresses and White Goods (ie: freezers, dishwashers, microwaves, water heaters, dehumidifiers, washers/dryers). Reminder! Dogs that reside in the Village of Bangor need to be licensed by Tuesday, March 31, 2026.

To avoid the La Crosse County late fees, please stop in the Village Clerk's office before the end of the month. If you are not sure of your pet's vaccination status, check with your vet or call our office to verify the needed update. Licenses cannot be issued without current rabies information.

After Tuesday, 3/31, licensing has to be done at the La Crosse County Clerk's Office.
