Hey chat…is staying awake all night actually a marketable skill?

For once, the answer is yes.

MVRA is lowkey looking for Awake Overnight DSPs to work from 8:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.

The overnight shift understood the assignment:

Keep the home safe and comfortable
Complete overnight checks and documentation
Provide support if someone wakes during the night
Help with morning routines
Remain awake for the entire shift- no cap

Full- and part-time schedules are availables.

If you’re dependable, caring, and your sleep schedule is already in its night-shift era, this could be your main-character career move.

Apply today- or tag your chronically awake friend who sends you videos at 3:00 a.m.

For an entire decade, Colleen has been a cornerstone of our Residential Department. Her experience, dedication, and steady support have made a lasting difference for our clients and team. Thank you for everything you bring to MVRA!

⭐ Lilli – 15 Years
Lilli is often the first person our new employees meet and continues to be a source of support across every program. From onboarding and problem-solving to administrative coordination and compliance, she helps keep a lot of moving pieces moving in the same direction. Congratulations on this incredible milestone!

⭐ Courtney – 3 Years
Courtney is a valued member of our Day Program team who has an amazing ability to connect with clients. She approaches each person with genuine kindness, respect, and encouragement, and we are so fortunate to have her!

⭐ Katy-Lee – 2 Years
As one of our case managers, Katy-Lee is a true problem-solver—sometimes we’re fairly certain she has actual magic powers! She works hard to find solutions, support others, and help everything come together.

⭐ Christopher – 1 Year
Christopher supports both our Day Program and Residential services and is always willing to help wherever he is needed. His calm, creative, and respectful approach makes him a wonderful support to our clients and team.

⭐ Caitlyn – 1 Year
