Thank you to the Bangor High School JROTC Ram Batallion, who hosted a 25th Anniversary 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at the Bangor Waterfront.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Bangor JROTC for leading such a meaningful and respectful tribute. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to honoring the lives lost on September 11, 2001, as well as the courage of first responders, service members, and everyday heroes, made today’s ceremony truly moving.

We are incredibly proud of our JROTC cadets and grateful to everyone who gathered in remembrance. We will never forget.

There are seven early release days on this year's school calendar. The first early release day is next week, Wednesday, September 16. Dismissal for BHS is at 11 am, middle schools at 11:30 am, and elementary schools at 12 pm. Lunch will be served before students are dismissed.
