Baltimore Gas and Electric has applied to the Commission to construct the Lieb Road Transmission Upgrade Project (rebuild of a portion of an existing 230kV circuit and adding an additional 500kV circuit on the structures that accommodate both circuits in the existing right-of-way). The CPCN application has been docketed as Case No. 9882: https://webpscxb.pscmaryland.com/DMS/case/9882 This docket will contain all the filings, schedule information (including the pre-hearing conference and public comment hearings), and rulings in the case.
